The Potteries Centre Reopens Its Doors Today

The Potteries Centre is now welcoming its customers back to the newly rebranded Potteries Centre.

Amy Whittaker, General Manager of The Potteries Centre, said:

“Following the Government’s latest announcement on the reopening of retail from 2nd December, we are delighted to welcome our customers back to the newly rebranded Potteries Centre.

“Leading up to Christmas we will be extending our opening hours from 9.00am to 8.00pm on Thursday the 3rd December and then every day except Sunday from the 10th December to ensure shoppers have more time to get their Christmas gifts. Shoppers can also benefit from £1.50 parking after 4pm.

“Over the past few weeks we have been partially open to support essential retail, click and collect and take away and we have been busy preparing for the festive season; our Christmas decorations are in place giving the Centre its usual Christmassy feel and, in line with tier 3 guidance, our restaurants will continue to be open for take away so you can still enjoy your favourite festive coffee or collect a meal to take home for your tea.

“The safety of our customers and staff continues to be our ultimate priority and as such there will be a number of safety measures that remain in place. These include limits on visitor numbers within the centre, the requirement for shoppers to wear face coverings, dedicated queuing areas for stores and a one way system around the centre.

"We continue to follow the official Government guidance and are monitoring the situation closely."
