NEW DIRECTORS APPOINTED AT WITTON ALBION

Since accepting the position of acting Chairman at Witton Albion, one of Graham Wood's prime objectives has been to strengthen the Board of Directors, with the appointment of likeminded Wittoners who recognise the importance of a grassroots club to the local community.

Witton Albion are pleased to announce the return of Alan Jackson, who has accepted the role of Community Liaison Director and will continue the great work he has been doing with local schools, Witton Albion Juniors and other local junior football teams through our Ball Boy experience days and free Season Tickets.

The other appointment is that of Julian Jackson who, along with his fellow Directors at U Lock-It Limited, has done so much to improve the appearance of the stadium in recent months. He has also played for the club in the past and is a regular at home games.

Acting Chairman Graham Wood has formally welcomed both to the Board and he looks forward to working with them in the future. It is hoped that the club will be able to announce further appointments soon.
